A permanent Spouse Visa pathway provides the opportunity for the Filipino partner visa applicant to migrate and live with their Australia citizen, Australian permanent resident or Eligible New Zealand Citizen spouse.

When successful, navigating this initial temporary spouse visa pathway eventually leads to permanent residency for the Filipino partner visa applicant.

A Spouse Visa Pathway can be pursued if the applicant and Australian sponsor are already married. This can be in the Philippines or in Australia.
