What is Recognised Graduate 476 Visa

The Recognised Graduate (Class VF Subclass 476) visa is an exciting opportunity for newly graduated engineers to earn work experience in Australia. With this subclass, you can gain at least one year of work experience in 18 months of visa validity, as well as travel and study while in Australia. You can even bring members of your family unit to Australia.

The visa applicant has permission to work full-time just like workers in Australia and has rights under Australian workplace law. The Fair Work Ombudsman’s Pay and Conditions Tool (PACT) provides information on pay rates, shift calculations, leave arrangements, and notice and redundancy entitlements.

Also, the invaluable work experience in Australia provides the applicant with more points for a Skilled Migrant Visa, should they wish to become a permanent resident, making the process easier.
