I began my dream to migrate to Australia at the end of 2017 while still working in Saudi Arabia, searching online for a legitimate migration agency. In 2018, I moved to the UAE, and during that time, I came across an ad for Respall Migration Australia on social media. I immediately reached out, and Ms. Nonel F. Ramirez quickly responded. However, it took me some time to gather the necessary requirements. When the pandemic hit, it became a wake-up call for me, and I decided to pursue my dream more seriously.

In 2021, I reached out to Respall again, and this time Ms. Alexandra May Lancero took charge of my case. She was not only an expert in her field but also incredibly patient, consistently keeping me updated and reminding me to submit the required documents. Ms. May guided me every step of the way—from preparing for the IELTS test, providing me with a sample/template of the Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) to follow, submitting it to Engineers Australia, which resulted in my assessment as a Professional Engineer at ANZSCO Skill Level 1 with the Occupation of Production or Plant Engineer, lodging my EOI (Expression of Interest), to receiving my visa invitation. She helped me through the medical examination, visa application, and finally to the moment I received my visa grant.

Remarkably, I have never met Ms. May or visited Respall’s office in person. Our entire communication took place through emails and Skype. This experience was truly built on trust and the genuine service Respall provided, regardless of where I was in the world.

The long-awaited day finally came earlier this year when I saw Ms. May’s email congratulating us on our visa grant. It was an incredibly fulfilling moment. The support didn’t end there—Ms. May continued to ensure we followed all the pre- and post-arrival guidelines for a smooth transition to Australia.

My family—my wife, my two kids, and I—are all extremely grateful to the Almighty God for all the blessings.
