Are you currently holding an Australian Bridging Visa? Good news! The CFO has officially advised that Bridging Visa holders are NOT required to register with the Commission.
Because Bridging Visas are classified as temporary or transitional, you do not need to secure a CFO digital certificate to travel.
✅ Who IS Required to Register with the CFO?
CFO registration remains a mandatory requirement for Filipino emigrants and clients who have been granted visas intended for permanent settlement or marriage/partnership. You must register with the CFO if you hold any of the following:
- Residence Visas
- Permanent Resident (PR) Visas
- Spouse / Partner / Prospective Marriage Visas
